All of our versions are currently hosted on-premises and installed on your own infrastructure.

Can EyeDash be installed on the VMS server?

Yes, EyeDash can be installed on the same server as your VMS. However, it is recommended to have a dedicated server or PC with minimum specifications based on the size of your data for optimal performance.

Which VMS do you support?

The initial release of EyeDash is compatible with Milestone XProtect versions, with support for additional platforms coming soon.

Does EyeDash supports redundancy?

Absolutely, EyeDash components can be installed on a single server or in a distributed architecture for better redundancy.
